Role Description:
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Gather requirements from business users and analyze impacted business processes
- Identify IT solution integrations and conduct GAP and SWOT analyses
- Develop technical and business requirement documentation, including wireframes, screen mockups, workflow diagrams, and traceability matrices
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage backlog, Kanban, and sprint boards using Azure DevOps
- Create and decompose requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Write test plans and use cases to ensure quality assurance
- Apply Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
- Ensure compliance with secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) best practices
- Five or more years of experience gathering business requirements and analyzing business processes
- Five or more years of experience creating technical documentation such as wireframes, workflows, and traceability matrices
- Five or more years of experience decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Three or more years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban boards, and sprint boards
- Three or more years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing test plans and use cases
- Strong understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
