What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Architect position at Apexon?
Role Description
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities) :
- Collaborate with leadership to understand corporate strategy and translate it into actionable and measurable business architecture plans.
- Analyze and model business processes to create a coherent vision of data flows and operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain the business architecture framework, including business capability maps, process diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within existing business processes and capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with IT department groups to ensure business architecture aligns with IT strategy, especially regarding system architecture and application landscape.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the Airports Authority to gather feedback and requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and priorities.
- Establish governance structures to ensure that business architecture practices comply with internal standards and external regulations.
- Monitor the execution of projects concerning business architecture guidelines and performance metrics.
- Prepare written materials and present formal briefings regarding proposed architecture solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of technological advances to help management plan future IT infrastructure requirements.
- Conduct business transformation readiness assessments, understanding organizational readiness for change, identifying issues, and addressing them in implementation and migration plans.
