What are the responsibilities and job description for the Java ODM Developer position at Apexon?
Role – SENIOR DEVELOPER- W2 Candidates only
Onsite, 5 days each week except Holidays
Possible extension past 1 year
Location- Hybrid / Sacramento, CA / ONSITE
Duration_ Fulltime with Apexon
Required Skills :
Strong background in Integrated Eligibility systems , with a preference for experience on the client's system.
Exposure to modules such as Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC ), along with a solid understanding of rule engine framework, decision authoring and editing, versioning of rules, etc.
Preferred Skills :
The role requires proficiency in ODM (Operational Decision Manager), Java, AWS Cloud Services and Oracle database
Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot.
Utilize ODM to implement business rules and decision management solutions
Work on Integrated Eligibility systems, with a focus on enhancing and maintaining existing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
Work with Oracle databases to design, develop, and optimize database solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process

Design, Develop, Validate and deliver the code; Perform any additional defect fixes for stabilizing the production
