Role Description
As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing energy efficiency projects and providing technical support to customers and contractors. In this role, you will provide energy advice and coordination services for energy efficiency programs. These services include building maintenance, lighting systems, building controls, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities) :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental), Technical Science(s), or a similar four-year degree
- 7 to 10 years of experience in energy industry or process-related engineering projects
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
- Must be able to complete technical and financial analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management experience
- Energy audit experience
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
