We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Funeral Director to join our team. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of funeral services, including preparation and presentation of the deceased.
- Provide bereavement support to families, guiding them through the planning process with empathy and understanding.
- Coordinate logistics for funeral services, including event planning and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards in all funeral operations.
- Maintain knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in the preparation of remains, including sanitation and cosmetology tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling caskets and other equipment.
- Communicate effectively with families to understand their needs and preferences while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage administrative tasks related to funeral services, including documentation and record keeping.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in funeral directing or a related field. Knowledge in anatomy and physiology is essential, as well as familiarity with cosmetology practices for preparing the deceased. Strong customer service skills are crucial for providing compassionate support to grieving families.
