About the Role
The Member Support Professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members through various channels, including phone and mail correspondence. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify members' needs and match them with our credit union products and services. You will work closely with MSC Branch Manager to ensure seamless delivery of savings and loan related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Engagement: Develop effective engagement strategies to connect with members and deliver exceptional service.
- Product and Service Promotion: Promote our credit union products and services to members, highlighting the benefits and features of each offering.
- Account Management: Manage members' accounts, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Quality Control: Identify and communicate product or service related issues or improvements to credit union management.
Requirements
- Education: Equivalent to High School education with additional broad specialized training equivalent to 2 years college.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years financial savings and loan sales background; telephone customer service and interviewing experience.
- KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Knowledge of savings and loan products and services, data entry, commercial math, customer service, and excellent communication skills.
