Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our crew and make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Both 2/2/3 day and night shifts available. Hours are 6P-6A or 6A-6P

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of production equipment (think electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and even PLC control systems).
• Lead exciting capacity projects, from relocating and installing equipment to starting up new machinery.
• Keep things running like clockwork with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Lend a hand with production setups and changeovers.
• Be a go-to resource for training and mentoring other techs and production personnel.

Your Shift:

• Monday to Thursday, 6 PM - 6 AM (yes, that means long weekends every week!)

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience from a maintenance education program, apprenticeship, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of industrial plant maintenance experience (you know your way around electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems).
• A basic understanding of HVAC is a plus!
• Physically able to handle frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and work in temperature extremes.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
