We are currently seeking a Team Member Engagement and Culture Leader - you're at the heart of our business, driving our people-first culture.
With more than 29,000 APi team members around the world, you will have the opportunity to work with anyone and everyone - from business leaders to teammates in over 500 locations around the world to drive team member engagement and build and reinforce our people-first culture. In this role you will plan, design, and implement measurable, action plans and programs to connect and simplify our teammate experience and promote engagement. This requires building a broad network, well-developed communications, project management, and data and analytics skills. Your focus will be on creating engaging experiences that drive results and foster a positive work environment, helping us to achieve our ambition of being the #1 People First Company and #1 in business performance in our industry!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
To include, but not limited to the following :
- Design, implement, and update projects to create a comprehensive team member engagement program aligned with APi's objectives and culture
- Analyze engagement surveys and people data and provide insights to leaders and talent partners on engagement and culture
- Provide program leadership and project management to the annual engagement survey and Great Places to Work Survey
- Develop strategic engagement plans in consultation with talent partners
- Create internal communications strategies around team member engagement (social media, videos, and internal communication campaigns) in partnership with the Marketing & Communications team
- Lead APi's annual leadership awards program
- Providing consultation and training to supervisors and senior leaders on people-first practices in response to survey feedback

This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $86,100.00 - $129,100.00, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
