Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:

2. Service Operations:
- Oversee the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire safety regulations and standards.
- Address technical challenges and promptly resolve customer inquiries.
3. Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee small-scale fire alarm system projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

4. Customer Relations:
