Duration : 3 months (possibilities of extension)Summary : Role will support several VPs and an AVP with Executive Admin tasks. Heavy calendar management, travel booking, expenses, assisting with planning and setting up conference rooms, catering, etc.Responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and staff. Coordinates multiple projects; orchestrates meetings, researches agenda items, analyzes data and compiles reports. Maintains necessary office supplies and ensures various equipment is properly configured, installed and maintained. Works with moderate supervision / guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.Responsibilities : Provides administrative and clerical support including correspondence, office management tasks, filing, research, and various projectsPractices good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activitiesEffectively, and in a timely way, manages calendars and meeting coordination with senior executives, staff, and external partnersSubmits expense reports on behalf senior leadersSupports with travel bookings as neededCreates intricate spreadsheets, Word documents and / or PowerPoint presentationsScreens and directs incoming phone callsHandles maintenance of all office equipmentRegular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
