What You Bring:
7 10 years of Oracle HCM consulting experience across multiple clients and solutions.
Expertise in HDL conversions, transformation fast formulas, and HSDL loads.
Strong experience with HCM extracts, BI reports, and custom payroll flows.
Skilled in setting up BPM workflow approval rules using FSM and BPM.
Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Absences, and OTL fast formulas.
Knowledge of creating custom roles and auto-provisioning rules.
Familiarity with building application extensions using VBCS and configuring SSO with IDP providers.
Ability to manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
Proven team management skills, including training, development, and performance management.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical oversight for estimates, work breakdown structures, and statements of work.
Support client engagements with portfolio knowledge and ensure alignment with AST offerings.
Act as the technical interface for clients, driving business opportunities and financial outcomes.
Build quality solutions that align with client needs and advise on strategy, design, and alternatives.
Identify new opportunities and assist in creating change orders.
Contribute to project plans, solution designs, risk analysis, and client presentations.
Resolve technical issues during requirements definition and implementation.
Maintain and report on implementation status, risks, and schedule changes.
