Requirements
We are seeking an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience working in a direct service capacity with youth in an out-of-home treatment setting. A bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Psychology, or Counseling is preferred.
- Maintaining SCM, first Aid, and CPR certifications
- Completing yearly Core Competency training as required by Crossroads or State Regulations
- Maintaining legal permission to work in the United States and passing a criminal background check
