Position Overview:
The MDM Analyst is a junior-level role responsible for supporting the Master Data Management processes within the HRIS department. This role involves performing data entry, processing changes, and maintaining accurate HR data across multiple systems. The MDM Analyst will handle administrative tasks such as generating reports, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the MDM Manager in day-to-day data governance activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with handling data, and able to collaborate with other team members to maintain a high level of data quality.
3 Years Mandatory ADP Workforce Now practitioner experience, preferably in a multi company code environment, familiar with merging new company and employee acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Maintenance:/
- Enter and update employee data into HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Process data changes related to employee information, including new hires, terminations, job changes, and other updates.

Report Generation:
- Generate and distribute routine HR reports to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Assist in compiling data for audits, data reviews, and HRIS projects.

Data Integrity:
- Conduct routine data checks and validation to ensure the accuracy of employee data across HR systems.
- Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies, escalating issues to the MDM Manager when necessary.

Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the MDM Manager in managing validation tables, access permissions, and security settings within HRIS platforms.
- Maintain and update documentation related to MDM processes, data management, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the MDM Manager and HRIS teams to support data-related projects and ensure smooth operations of MDM processes.
- Assist in responding to data-related queries and requests from other departments.

Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on HRIS data management best practices and relevant system updates to enhance personal skills and improve data management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in HRIS, or administrative roles involving data processing.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, and preferably Power BI.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with teams and responding to data inquiries.
Preferred Skills:
- 3 Years ADP Workforce Now mandatory, also some ADP Workforce Manager preferred.
- Basic understanding of data governance and data management principles.
- Experience in a multi-company or multi-state organization is a plus.
