Job Title: HRIS SPECIALIST (Support)

Salary: $60,000 based on experience
Reports To: HR System Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The HRIS specialist will provide a diverse range of adhoc activities, including Training, Creating HRIS Training Documentation, HRIS Liaison, help desk support, and New Hire and onboarding support, Promotion Support, Transfer Support, SOP creation. Department and Team Support and provide high interdepartmental support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Workforce Now (WFN) (WFM)HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues, process Halo HR Tickets, and serve as a point of contact for user inquiries.
- Manage the administration of ticketing system
- Enter ticket to troubleshoot ADP issues and keep users updated.
- Assist in onboarding new affiliates, uploaded bulk data in system.
- ADP Custom Reporting.
- Document HRIS processes, guidelines, and training materials for users.
- Build SOP Library.
- Stay current on HRIS best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Support data migration and integration efforts between HRIS and other organizational systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or related role.
- Proficiency with Workforce Now (WFN) or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
