**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Program Coordinator to join our team in the Lewistown and Mifflintown area. This role involves managing medical appointments and medication administration, ensuring staff are trained and compliant, and providing ongoing feedback and mentorship to team members.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Assistant Program Coordinator to manage medical appointments and medication administration.
- Ensure staff administering medications have completed and are current in medication administration training.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Work with the Program Specialist to train staff on new policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing feedback and mentorship to team members, identifying areas for improvement and supporting career advancement.
- Complete accurate and timely employee performance evaluations prior to due dates.
