Supportive Concepts for Families is currently seeking Quality Assurance Manger
Location : Reading, PA
Salary : $60,000-$65,000
Requirements
18 Years of age
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with Mental Health Diagnoses
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills / detail oriented.
High School Diploma and 6 years of experience with individuals with IDD or autism, associate degree and 4 years of experience with individuals with IDD or autism, or bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience with individuals with IDD or autism.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist with the development and oversight of quality initiative strategies throughout program operations and all areas of the organization to improve quality of service delivery while maximizing upon limited resources.
Oversee quality management activities such as Provider Monitoring and various audits, and any completion of required activities.
Ensure the residents home is a safe, functional living space to meet their needs per the ISP and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Assist in the development of any Quality Assurance work plan(s) Maintain any required Quality Assurance certifications.
Acts as the designated point person for any Quality Assurance activities generated by funding sources or administrative entities.
