We are one of the largest social service agencies in PA with positions available throughout the State with over 100 homes and over 900 employees in our IDD Residential Program.
Our goal is to provide programs and support for more individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges, but we need more caring and compassionate teammates.

SCFF is currently seeking :
Full-Time Residential Specialist in the Lehigh Valley area. (Macungie, Emmaus and Allentown)
Pay range of $15-$16 per hour depending on experience, education and the needs of the person served.
Sign-on Bonus : $1,000.00
REQUIREMENTS : 18 years of age
Valid Driver's license
Must be able to pass a drug screening, physical and tuberculosis test.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist with activities of daily living such as proper hygiene, cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning.
Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities.
Administer medications and log activity promptly.
Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system.
Effectively communicate with other team members
