We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to our clients. You will work closely with the management team to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions. Your ultimate goal will be to improve the overall performance of our employees and contribute to the success of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
