Summary
The Content Management Intern (Training) assists in the administration, organization, and presentation of company product training and training initiatives for Apiture’s clients. The Intern will work with the trainers to complete content sprints, review materials, and assist in hosting the Training teams’s live sessions.

The Content Management Intern (Training) assists in the administration, organization, and presentation of company product training and training initiatives for Apiture’s clients. The Intern will work with the trainers to complete content sprints, review materials, and assist in hosting the Training teams’s live sessions.
Responsibilities
- Researching, planning, and organizing training content for Apiture’s products
- Researching includes working through instructions to test content against the product
- Reviewing includes grammar, layout, and UI
- Work with the training team to complete new content sprints using Articulate
- Research/test in Apiture’s platform to review material for new training courses
- Research/test in Apiture’s platform to assist the Training team in updating content for upcoming UI changes
- Conduct training surveys following live sessions
- Help the Training team manage administrative tasks in our Learning Management System, Docebo
- Help develop, manage, and review internal team documents in Confluence
- Assist the Training team in hosting live client training
- Draft email communications for training events and news items
- Help develop and review presentations for live sessions
- Rising junior or senior working towards a bachelor’s degree in professional Writing, Communications, Business or similar program
- Content development skills for multiple channels
- Training, business or creative writing skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Research skills
- Software skills using LMS, MS Office, Canva, Snagit, Articulate, or similar and/or the ability to learn new tools quickly
- LMS administrative skills such as content management, versioning, publishing, and user management
