Business Process Analyst

Come Join Our Team! APK Solutions is a government contractor providing professional and technical services within the Intelligence Community. We are currently looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our winning team. The individual hired for this position will provide support for our high-visibility government customer located in McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

These client-facing roles will help the government customer redesign and define business processes. The roles will be responsible for managing project details including schedule management, risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management. Additionally, the resources will assist in business process reengineering activities including process mapping, decision management, and requirements management. Successful candidates will have proven experience working proactively with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing well thought out recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of recent experience managing projects including communications, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management -OR-
• Possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts
• Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member
• Must possess excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate good organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance for consideration
