Position Overview : We are seeking experienced and reliable Over-the-Road Truck Drivers to join our team. As a driver for APL Cargo Inc., you will be responsible for transporting goods across various states and ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Key Responsibilities :

• Transport goods across multiple states
• Ensure on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments
• Maintain a high safety score with no accidents and no bad DOT inspections
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Compensation :
• Starting Pay : 27% of the load revenue Safety Bonuses for Clean Inspections :
• Level 1 : $300
• Level 2 : $200
• Level 3 : $100 Monthly Bonus Structure :
• MPG 7 : $200
• On-Time Pick-Up and Delivery (95% ) : $200
• Safety Score (95% ) with No Accidents and No Bad DOT Inspections : $200
• Earn Up to $600 a month in bonuses Evaluations and Raise Structure :
• 90 Days : 0.5% increase
• 1 Year : Additional 0.5% increase
• Each Year After : 0.5% increase Additional Pay :
• Breakdown Pay : $100 after 8 hours Qualifications :
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Minimum of 2 years of over-the-road driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
