Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and payroll support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts and assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee benefits administration and serve as a liaison between employees and providers.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution.
- Process payroll and track timekeeping records.
- Support leadership in performance management, training, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
