Job Responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients' rights and interests, ensuring their needs are met and respected.
- Provide comprehensive support services to clients with various healthcare needs, including personal care, behavioral support, recreational, and employment services.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to enhance client independence, empowerment, and quality of life.
- Transport clients to and from activities as needed.
- Administer medications to clients as prescribed.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in support services or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a valid NJ Driver's license.
- DDD Training required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to travel up to 30 miles for work.
- Company may require additional testing pre-employment.
