APluscare Behavioral Health provides care and support services to our clients with various health care needs in the areas of personal care, behavioral support, recreational and employment services. Responsibilities and Duties
- Designing and Implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Social Media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes, and Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
