Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention strategies in accordance with APluscare policies and procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address behavioral challenges and develop tailored support plans to meet the changing needs of our members. Your expertise will be essential in providing training to staff on behavior support plans and intervening during behavioral crises.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You should have excellent organizational, writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity and flexibility. Experience working in diverse communities and with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. A valid driver's license and willingness to drive to meetings and training sessions are also required.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000.0060,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
