What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development position at APM, Inc.?
-Contact real estate industry professionals from existing database for leads via phone, email & face to face
-Expand existing database of real estate industry professionals by contacting managing brokers/top agents
-Create and maintain efficient follow-up system to track leads, including incentives distribution and compensation given
-Manage marketing materials for clients
-Research and identify high-end apartment properties in appropriate areas
-Identify solid contacts for distribution of marketing materials
Additional duties to be performed
-Attend trade shows, networking events and industry meetings
-Updates to social media
-Manage sponsorship requests and activity
-Manage marketing campaigns, coordinated with moving crew and sales department
-Schedule deliveries of marketing material in the system and route for crew
-Coordinate deliveries and pickups for charity events
-Research and identify all appropriate industry events for company to attend
-Manage agent referral program
-Create content for advertising material
-Work with outside advertising vendors for design and content recommendations
-Attend and speak at weekly presentations at real estate offices
-Cold call marketing
Prefer someone with experience in Constant Contact & ACT database. Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years in the marketing industry. Applicants with no marketing experience will not be considered.
