Managed Service Provider (MSP) work experience a plus.
Valid Driver License, clean driving record and ability to drive to customer locations 50-75% weekly

Full Job Description:
Provide technical support to end users remotely and onsite.
Interact with end-users with exceptional customer service skill remotely and onsite.
Maintain service documentation and real-time ticket data entry and ticket planning/prioritization/scheduling.
Moves, Adds, Changes of PCs/laptops, printers, VOIP phones and other peripherals.
Moves, Adds, Changes of Network equipment, Firewalls, Modems, Routers, and wifi hardware.
Adds, Changes and support for Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Install, configure, and repair hardware and software.
Manage and support endpoints and end-point security.
Administration and Support of MFA systems, cloud and account security and access.
Perform physical installation and maintenance for servers, networking, televisions, speakers, mounting equipment, wifi, video and voice installation in offices and other business buildings including interior and exterior installations.
Perform physical network, audio, and video wiring installation. Prior experience a plus.
End-user VoIP Systems Support including moves, adds, changes, mobile, web and desktop apps, as well as physical phones including programming user options and PBX features
Supporting networking devices including switches, routers, wifi equipment and firewalls.
Supporting MAC, Windows, Android and iOS operating systems and applications,
Daily ongoing Hands-on support and end-user interaction and communications remotely and as well as traveling to client locations
