## Responsibilities
- Manage resident relations, handling inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution
- Oversee insurance agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and contracts
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with covenants and documents of community
- Utilize software for property management tasks
- Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly
## Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents
- Proficiency in property management software
- Knowledge of Real Estate administrative processes
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Conflict management skills to handle owner issues effectively
- Excellent office management skills including file organization, typing and record keeping
- Proficient in phone etiquette for clear communication with owners and vendors
