This position is onsite daily- downtown OKC.
Hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p
A Human Resources intern assists the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks including recruitment, employee record management, onboarding, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting the implementation of HR policies, gaining hands-on experience in the field while learning about company operations and compliance with labor laws.

- Recruitment support: Posting job openings, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and scheduling follow-up meetings.
- Onboarding assistance: Preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and helping with employee introductions.
- Employee record management: Maintaining accurate employee data, updating employee files, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Administrative tasks: Answering employee inquiries, handling basic payroll queries, and managing employee leave requests.
- Training support: Assisting with the development and delivery of employee training programs.
- Compliance support: Helping to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Project assistance: Contributing to special HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or performance reviews.

Qualifications
Education:
- Must be a junior, senior or recent college graduate
- Working toward completing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
