Job Title: Business Intelligence Engineer- Power BI
Job summary: This is Associate BI Engineer role in Corporate Services Technology. This is a hands-on role where candidate will work closely with team leads and will have opportunities to learn different domain and skills under their mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Hands-on Experience in designing reports/dashboards using Power BI.
- Hands-on experience in creating data models in Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and support optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration.
- Assist in database migrations, upgrades, and patching.
- Document process workflows, data flow diagrams
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems
- Familiarity with database administration concepts, indexing, and normalization.
- Working knowledge of Power BI to create data models and design reports.
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and willing to learn new technologies
