This role involves migration of Informatica MDM on-prem version to Informatica MDM on Cloud. This is completely a migration project

As Master Data Management (MDM) Informatica Expert you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MDM solutions using Informatica MDM software.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM software primarily cloud migration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand master data requirements on Cloud.
- Define data models, data dictionaries, and data governance rules for master data entities.
- Configure and customize Informatica MDM Hub (On Cloud) to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate MDM solutions with other enterprise systems and databases.
- Develop and maintain data quality rules and data validation processes.
- Create and manage data mapping, transformation, and cleansing rules.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.
- Implement data security and access control measures for master data.
- Monitor and resolve data integration and data quality issues.
- Perform data profiling and data quality assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related problems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior MDM developers.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in MDM and data management.
- Proven experience as an MDM Informatica Expert, with at least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM migration to Informatica MDM to Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub, including configuration and customization.
- Understanding of data governance and data stewardship principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Informatica MDM certification is a plus.
- Experience with Insurance industry is a plus.
- 4-year degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working within a highly-matrixed organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
