Special Requirements

• Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
• QuickMAR experience preferred but not required
  
  

Daily Responsibilities

• Responsible for medication administration of LN cart that consists of insulin/glucose monitoring. Works in connection with RN on staff 20 hours/wk and ElderPlace medical team.
• Must complete end-of-shift report and also fax/call resident concerns to Elderplace medical team daily as needed.
• Responsible for giving timely medications and accurate documentation in the MAR. Responsible for narcotic counts per shift.
