- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring patient comfort and addressing concerns.
- Record patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
- This position is a full-time contract role with a 13-week duration.
- Candidates must be available to work the specified shift of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
