Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure CSM functionality meets requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to identify, report, and track defects.
- Ensure API integration and Now Assist AI are thoroughly tested.
- Participate in regular stand-ups and provide feedback on QA progress.
- 2-4 years of QA testing experience, preferably in ServiceNow CSM or healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of API testing and integration validation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and automation testing tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
