Position Title: RN M/S
Pay Rate: UP TO $70/hr with stipend! ($50/hr for locals)
Work Location: Muskegon, MI
Shift: Nights
Hours/day: 12hrs
Contract Duration: up to 26 weeks with high extension possibilities!
License Requirement: Michigan RN
Certification Requirement: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Duties
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform specimen collection processing and maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Participate in critical care transport as needed, ensuring safe transfer of patients.
- Engage in behavioral health assessments for patients requiring mental health support.
- Deliver specialized care in areas such as memory care, urgent care, PICU, and medical-surgical settings.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a medical-surgical unit or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with critical care transport procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of specimen collection processing and medical terminology is essential.
- Experience in infection control practices and patient care methodologies is highly valued.
- Ability to provide compassionate care in high-pressure situations, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
