Mary Free Bed (MFB) at Sparrow is an exciting environment, defined by teamwork and collaboration with multiple-disciplines, not limited to: Nursing, PMR, Case Management and other specialties. The mission is to restore hope and freedom for patients following stroke, TBI, Amputation, SCI, multi-trauma and other diagnosis. The variety of diagnosis creates a unique and engaging environment for skilled clinicians, ensuring the full capacity of their training and licensure is utilized while still inviting continued skill development, growth and specialization. The team is widely known for it’s exceptional patient experience, attributed to the compassion and talent of our various team members across all disciplines. The goal of this home-like atmosphere is to help our patients and their loved ones to progress to community and home settings as frequently as possible.

INCLUDES WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS

Inpatient and subacute rehab experience likely translates the best to our setting, however, we would be open to screening/having a conversation with newer grads or those who have outpatient or acute experiences
