RESPONSIBILITIES : call center representative for obstetrics and gynecology, Knowledge of women's health is preferred, this individual would be primarily responsible for taking inbound calls, and scheduling the patient or routing a message to the appropriate pool. Secondary duties include outbound calls to schedule or reschedule appointments, confirm appointments, update insurance and coverage for front desk reps.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE : EPIC experience.
