East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler)
Flexible Schedule (3-12's or 4/10's or 5/8's)
Base pay 120k (Profit Sharing)
FNP's will be visiting patients in home for transitional care visits. 70% In home-care. 30% Tele-health.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current license as a FNP in the State of Arizona
- Home health OR mobile clinic experience greatly preferred
Salary : $120,000
