Reports To: Club Manager

Compensation: $ 25 hourly

Are you an energetic team player that strives for excellence? APOGEE is seeking candidates experienced Food Expediting & On-Course Food & Beverage service to join our team to provide the highest quality service to our members and guests.

Working closely with and coordinating with other team members to ensure Member/Guest satisfaction.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

· Transport food orders from kitchen to dining room

· Assist servers when necessary

· Bring Food & Beverage orders to members & guests on course

· Stock and maintain all coolers and stations on the course

· Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders

· Ensure that all food items are properly garnished and presented before delivering them to members & guests

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally

· Assist with setting up events and ensuring all necessary supplies are available

· Interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

· Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service

· Perform other duties as assigned

Job Skill/Requirements:

· At least 1 year of experience in a high- end restaurant or club environment.

· Moderate lifting required; Ability to stand/ambulate for long periods.

· Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure.

· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

· Attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions without close, daily direction.

· Ability to communicate courteously and professionally.

· Must be able to work holidays, weekends and be flexible with changes as requested.

· Must be an energetic team player.

· Have a positive and upbeat personality.
