Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for an Organizational Development Consultant supporting the AFRL Space Vehicles Directorate.
Located at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., the Air Force Research Laboratory Space Vehicles Directorate serves as the Air Force’s center of excellence for space technology research and development. The Directorate develops and transitions space technologies to provide space-based capabilities to the warfighter.
This is a full-time onsite opportunity at Kirtland AFB, NM.
Responsibilities
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: No clearance required at time of application
Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: 4 years of experience related to organizational development, leadership, or human resource management
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance
Education: Master's degree in: Management, Administration, Business, or Leadership
Years of Experience: 6 years of experience related to organizational development, leadership, or human resource management

On-site/Hybrid/Remote: Onsite
Work Locations: Primary performance will be at Kirtland AFB, NM.
Other locations may include AFRL/RDSM, Maui, Hi, AFRL/ AFOSR, Washington DC, Vandenberg AFB, CA, Peterson AFB, CO and other sites supported by AFRL.
Pay Range
USD $80,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations on program material design and execution planning
- Advise and assist with curriculum development
- Assist with planning and execution of workshops to deal with substantive leadership issues affecting the military and civilian workforce
- Assist the government in diagnosis, action planning, intervention and evaluation of Directorate workforce to improve the operation effectiveness and efficiency to accomplish its technical mission
- Assist improvement of the Directorate capabilities through alignment of technical and functional strategy, structure, management processes, people, benefits and metrics
- Provide planning assistance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management processes or procedures in technical and functional support areas
- Facilitate and assist government personnel in the implementation of organizational policy changes, efficiency improvements and organizational strategy development
