Position
The SIGINT Tracking and Transport Systems Program Office (T2SPO) provides comprehensive personnel and logistics support to both SIFO and the entire SIGINT Directorate. T2SPO serves as the primary entry point for NRO-level personnel and logistics queries and works through the Chief of Staff to set Directorate personnel management policies and execute Directorate personnel management processes by leveraging program office and other staff points-of-contact.
What You'll Do
- Support T2SPO front office and divisions to assist in administrative tasks in conjunction with the management of personnel and billets
- Updating organizational charts; tracking personnel evaluations, awards, gains and losses; and tracking vacancies and other personnel/billet tasks
- Maintain a comprehensive position management database or spreadsheet that draws on databases maintained and/or provided by OHR and/or SAP
- Provide support position management related meetings and discussions and leadership on manpower allocation processes, policies and requirements
- Support hiring activities, including: preparing job requisitions and vacancy announcements, preparing for and coordinating interview panels, preparing and staffing selection memos
- Execute performance management and promotion processes, for both Civilian and Military personnel, as directed. The Contractor shall maintain awareness of policies, directives, guidance and instructions that impact performance management programs in order to advise leadership of requirements and timelines
- Execute awards and recognition programs, to include submission schedules, data calls, and tasking, collecting, compiling nominations. The Contractor shall review and edit nominations as required, or coordinate with the nominating office. Upon approval, Contractor shall manage submissions to the NRO Awards and Recognition Team or other external offices as required
- Manage the Recognitions and Awards Board, including scheduling panel, providing read-aheads, compiling scores, etc. The Contractor shall draft and/or publish announcements of award winners as directed.
- Act as a focal point for onboarding/offboarding of all T2SPO personnel, to include facilitating: NRO Account Action Process (NAAP) request, badge request, Systems, Applications, and Products software (SAP) Data Worksheet, and NRO 100 Orientation scheduling utilizing the NRO Passport (On-Boarding) system
- Provide records management support and serve as the SIFO Primary or Alternate Records Officer as required. Manage records generated during the execution of the Directorates' projects and programs in accordance with Federal laws and regulations, as well as NRO Directives and Instructions
- Direct and oversee the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all DSO tasks, including actions levied through action tracking systems. Manage NRO Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions assigned to DSO
- Shall provide back-up administrative support to SIFO Administrative Assistants, to include appointment scheduling, calendar management, as required
Desired
- Basic knowledge of National Security, Federal, Department of Defense (DoD)/Intelligence
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5-8 years of relevant experience
- 5 years of NRO experience
- 3 years of NRO Action Officer Experience
