Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront engineer who can efficiently configure, implement, and manage the Workfront platform within our organization. This role involves designing customized workflows, forms, and approval processes to enhance project management, task coordination, and resource allocation. Additionally, the engineer will provide training and support to users, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform while serving as a technical expert to optimize business operations.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Workfront Implementation & Configuration - Customize and configure Workfront to align with business needs, including setting up project structures, custom forms, fields, templates, and approval workflows.

• Workflow Development - Assess business processes and create optimized workflows with task dependencies, deadlines, and automated notifications for seamless project execution.

• User Access & Security Management - Oversee user roles, permissions, team structures, and data security to ensure proper access control within Workfront.

• Reporting & Analytics - Develop insightful dashboards and reports to monitor project status, resource allocation, and key performance metrics.

• System Integrations (via Fusion) - Connect Workfront with enterprise platforms such as AEM, Adobe Campaign, and Seismic to enable seamless data exchange and workflow automation.

• Training & User Support - Conduct training sessions, provide user support, and troubleshoot platform issues to enhance adoption and efficiency.

• Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Continuously evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement updates and enhancements for optimal functionality.
