We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Delivery Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote role, with potential onsite requirements once a quarter. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure DevOps (ADO), enterprise architecture tools, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of Agile Delivery Management (ADM) experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) – This is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools. Candidates should be able to specify the tools used and the years of experience with them.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall & Kanban (any two at least)
- Familiarity with ADM tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
