Business System Development and Implementation Leader
As a Business System Development and Implementation Leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP eWM systems to meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on SAP eWM implementation and development
- Design, develop, and implement SAP eWM systems to meet business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management/Business Information Systems, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in business systems development, enhancement, and maintenance, with direct experience in programming, systems design, and development
- Heavy experience utilizing Systems Development Methodologies
- 3-5 years of experience in managing complex business systems projects - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and change management
- 2 years of experience managing multiple, complex business systems projects, developing and managing projects with aggressive milestones
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, users, staff, and team members, both written and verbal
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree
- 8 years of IT experience working in a manufacturing organization for a $1 billion organization
- 8 years of experience in Systems Development
- Experience managing Application Systems in an SAP/ERP environment
- Proven track record of developing talent and creating development programs
- Ability to move up within the organization
