Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, design, document, install, and implement complex network systems, ensuring robust functionality through rigorous testing and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of network components.
- Provide consultation and training on network operations, interfacing, and usage.
- Lead and coordinate network initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance network infrastructure.
- Develop strategies to overcome operational challenges within the limitations of existing network equipment.
- Offer technical guidance and support to developers, operations teams, and management to ensure smooth network operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement network changes efficiently.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- CCNA or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Security certification
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Strong technical expertise in network operations across all stages, from design to maintenance
- Excellent communication, training, and consulting skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate network performance and resolve complex issues
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to conduct precise network assessments
- Ability to follow established network protocols and best practices
- CCNP or equivalent certification
- Military experience (preferred)
- Leadership abilities to guide less experienced team members
- Ability to review and improve the work of peers to ensure the highest quality standards
Salary : $55 - $62
