Lead and manage complex data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Utilize Azure ML and Databricks to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and data pipelines.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, and apply them to improve existing processes and models.
Communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications :
Master's or bachelor's in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
15 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
