Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps developer, who is familiar with Al Builder and Co-Pilot.

• The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, performing analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of large-scale case management application.
• The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design, and development of applications on MS Dynamics/power platform and having reasonably good communication skills.
• He/she will be part of a global team that will help onboard different operational use-cases that currently require manual work and consequently bring more efficiency and risk reduction benefits for our Operations users.
• This requires close collaboration with peer infrastructure teams, business function aligned teams and with business users.
• Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following- Work with the Product owner/stakeholders/business analysts to understand the requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan.
• Define Architecture and Design.
• Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function.
• Responsible for Integrating external systems using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up standard and custom reports
• Responsible for setup, administration, and user training of the Dynamics-CE system
• Responsible for integrating Al Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics
• Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments
• Help support release deployment and provide post-production support

Required Skills:

• Experience in the following technologies - Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement Experience with Power Apps, Power automate, Plugins, Al Builder, CoPilot and related architecture and design practices
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net
• Experience of iterative/agile development practices
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years' experience building web applications

Desired Skills:

• Familiar with basic Machine Learning concepts Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns
• Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.) and delivery management.
• Comfortable with direct interaction with the business users at all levels
