Sales Operations Data Coordinator
(Only W2)
Looking for a Data Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support various data management and claim processes. This is an individual with a strong attention to details, strong problem solver and strong communicator who use data and technology to help our business improve. You will have a variety of duties including processing claims data into the system, matching customer, material, unit of measure data. Perform Data validation and quality assurance activities. Upload claims in systems, manage team’s shared email box and assist with various data management processes. This position will work with other Business Operation teams, as well as collaborating with many other internal and external business partners.
COMMUNICATION

PROCESS / SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT
• Help maintain data integrity and data timeliness, enforce established data governance rules and ensure adherence to organization standards.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
• 4-year degree.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team and a cross-functional environment
• Ability to work independently, with little or no direction
PREFERRED SKILLS
• High level of attention of detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficient in a variety of applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team and a cross-functional environment.
• Self-motivated, works quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of Vistex, SAP, PowerBI, EDI,
• A working knowledge of Data Analytics
