Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Finance & Controlling Advisor to support a strategic ECC to S/4HANA migration initiative.
Qualifications:
18 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO), with at least 4 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, including ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP migration methodologies (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield).
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with FDQC and RISE with SAP.
In-depth expertise in S/4HANA simplification items, particularly in the Finance domain.
Proven experience in working closely with executive stakeholders (CFO/Controllers) and guiding them through transformation programs.
Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving consensus across diverse teams.
