Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience.
Minimum of 15 years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and / or or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
Ability to configure UDM / WDM servers and assist client in developing a plan for deploying UKG clocks (4500 and InTouch 9000 / 9100 / DX terminals).
Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics
Experience implementing and configuring UKG / Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.
Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules will be an added plus.
Knowledge of developing and / or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support.
This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
Willing to travel to customer location as needed
